As Arlunia drops into the co-pilots seat,"Pilot, if you only knew how good that man is flying," Settling into the seat she continues,"especially when he was not so damned nervous it would be frightening. Honestly I would put him up against any Force Sensitive and he would give them a run for their money."

Correl runs to the turbo lasers and straps into one of the gunnery chairs and takes aim at one of the ships making its attack run. He takes one shot just to get the range and then adjusts for the second and fires a long burst which he hopes will destroy the ship in short order.

The mandalorian furrows his eyebrows, as he dodges incoming fire from the enemy y-wings, unsure of how to process this information, finally he says to Arlunia "What would cause this...less than perfect performance, then?"

Arlunia chuckles and replies,"Who knows, maybe stupidity? But whatever it is they do not stand a chance. So lets just clean there dumb butts out of our way and get on with this farkling run." She bends over her controls intently.

Arlunia is the perfect co-pilot both for regular flight and combat. Not the greatest but highly reliable. So any flight with her is fairly decent.

As Correl fired sparingly he does disable one of the ships in his sights and lets out a crow of victory and the knowledge that they can have prisoners with possible information available. So he aims for another one but holds his fire as it passes between his and his sister ship.

Kal watches as One of Y-wings pass between the two ART-6's. The program Verdre had uploaded did just what was expected sweeping the slaved turrets to drive it back up and toward the front of the Koros.

Here comes another one. Tracking Y-wing approaching vector 2.295 by 3.76. tracking...tracking. Y-wing in range firing.

The Koros Ion Cannons fired a blast of blue energy the streaked through the blackness of space between the Y-wing and the Koros. The Y-wing saw the bolts and tried to bank back out of range, but it was too late. The blue bolts crashed into the Y-wing's underbelly as if tried to turn, and like the other the Y-wing went dead. However do to the momentum of the turn the Y-wing began spinining nose over tail away from the koros and toward the planet that the ships were slowly approaching. Opening the comms again Kal spoke.

One more Kuros. Tell your gunners This one is impressed. Lets see who gets the last one first.

With all three of his comrades down, the last surviving mercenary went for plan B. He knew deep down that plan A would never had worked: 4 Y-wings againts two ATR's. He opened com link. "Send in the reinforcements!" he cried, desperate to save his own hide. The two expedition crews were making it their prime objective to take down the last remaining Y-wing, but the mercenary started making evasive maneuvers. He broke down the attack, trying to get free from the Koros and Kuros' strategy of driving him in the line of fire.

*It's taking a long time for Q to get back* Aeonian thought. Qardin was a great pilot, getting his experience from roaming the galaxy for a long time and two Logistic department jobs in different faction and a military job, but the Mon Calamari knew Q's flying and knew the ATR wasn't being piloted by the tall Anzati.

*Perhaps he's arming the cannons*

He unstrapped and walked towards cockpit.

He stuck his head inside the cockpit and gazed towards the pilot seats. The only thing he saw were Dave and Correl's companion, Arlunia.

"Uhm, sorry to disturb you guys, but do you have any idea where Mr. Fal-Cona went? Is he manning the cannons, perhaps?" He asked, unsure if it was the right time to ask them, as they were in the mid of battle, taking aim at the last of the Y-wings.

"Oh no you don't, Di'kut" the mandalorian spat as the last Y-wing began to flee. This was his first deployment, and he was determined to prove himself as a pilot. He turned on the in-board coms "This is your pilot speaking, hopefully none of this will break your necks." He then accelerated as fast as he could, which he new was faster than the Y-wing. He did his best to push the ATR-6 to its limits, trying to catch the slightly more maneuverable y-wing, but was unnable to do the nature of his craft. Finally, he had an idea, and began to peal away from the other ATR-6 and in front of the other Y-wing. "Arlunia...have you heard of the Crazy Ivan?"

Arlunia looks at the pilot for a second then exclaims,"Oh hellfires! you are nuts!" She reaches for her personal comlink,"Boss it's you in a uniform flying, but not you! Hang on and shoot that ship if and when you can!" Arlunia looks toward her panels and hits the right buttons and switches that will allow the maneuver.

Hearing Arlunia on the link Correl chuckles at the description of himself in uniform. He also hopes to get close enough to the ship to at least hit it. Bracing himself for the insane maneuver as best he can he waits patiently.

Zahoff smiles at the comment "From your description, I'll take that as a compliment. Now, we're going to do a little bit of an ammended one. When we turn, I want to end the turn with ever single gun blazing. Clear?" As he passes the y-wing, all he could hope was that he took the bait, if not, he was going to be slightly embarrassed.

Kal watched his sister ship rocket out passed the y-wing.
What are you doing Ner Vod? Kal thought as he continued to try and get the enemy fighter in a target lock.
Kal stopped firing as the Y-wing attempted to pursue the passing ship. Kal watched closely hoping his Vod had a very good plan because the planets was drawing very close and Gravitaional feilds had a tendancy to change the dynamics of space combat dramatically.

As he sped away, Zahoff saw that the enemy Y-wing was following. A toothy smile flashed across his face as he heard Kal's voice "I would like to call this an Angry Ivan. Or Crazy Zahoff, I've always wanted a maneuver named after me, Vod," he responded. As the Y-wing got closer his face got a little more serious. "Alright, All guns, on my mark. 3...2...MARK."

At his call, the ships left engine went into full reverse, the other going forward, causing the ship to rapidly turn to the right The enemy pirate passed them, unable to come around fast enough at that distance. The lasers associated with the Cockpit fired creating an arc slicing the enemy ship's port-side engine, causing the enemy ship to uncontrollably spiral. After regaining safe control of his ship, he turned around and sent out a message over the coms "Shoot to kill, or shoot to capture?"
