You and Kal didn't say which one you're on.

We don't need leaders and we will not work with ranks. in the ships, the pilots will indeed give orders when necessary. when we're on the ground, we will work as a team. when necessary, i will take control over the group, but I will try and keep that to a minimum. We're doing this together, so when you notice anything that needs changing, do it IC or tell it to the rest here in the OOC thread.
