modular taskforce carrier needed. 3.6 mil credit down payment available. 2mil coming for graduation soon, next month payment not far off, and will be offering carrier services.

Not to sound mean; but an MTC roughly costs 100m at the least; maybe spend money on something more immediate acquirable?
