The Krath nation was created to serve Krath’s people. The dark times, the great depressions, the sadness that flows throughout the galaxy needs a haven, a new hope, a place where every Krath is able to feel safe from harm, safe from aggression, safe from a galaxy which is brutal and harsh.
The Krath are there for those people who are fleeing from the Empire, a territory which has plenty habitable worlds to feel safe in, a nation that is built to last forever.
The Krath Statutes, based on Krath and Kathol Republic visions, are here to lay the foundation to become a safe haven and to ensure the protection and welfare of it’s citizens. With that the Krath becomes a new world, an undiscovered country and a safe place for Krath’s people.
Section 1 – The Krath
Article 1: The head of the Krath is the Emperor.
Article 2: The Emperor shall be vested with supreme authority, and ultimate responsibility for the welfare of the Krath citizens.
Article 3: The governing body of the Krath is the Ruling Council. They make the decisions on most aspects, however the Emperor has the power of veto on all decisions.
Article 4: The Ruling Council governs all areas regarding the Krath government.
Article 5: The Industrial Council is responsible for all matters of corporate business and commercial expansion.
Article 6: A citizen is any member who is part of the Krath, a company controlled by the Krath or an affiliated company. When a member leaves his citizen status is revoked.
Article 7: Recognized religion within Krath borders is the Krath religion.
Article 8: The Ruling Council oversees the Krath and affliated groups, and decides on the general direction of the Krath and any matters concerning the entire group.
Section 2 – The People And The State
Article 7: The people of Krath have the right to freedom of speech.
Article 8: The people of Krath have the right to freedom of thought.
Article 9: The people of Krath have the freedom to worship Krath.
Article 10: The people of Krath have the right to freely trade with others.
Article 11: The people of Krath have the right to confidence.
Article 12: The people of Krath have the right of marriage.
Article 13: The people of Krath have the right to good living conditions.
Article 14: The Krath Dynasty has the right to detain people for up to 7 days if the Krath feels the detained citizen is violating Krath law.
Article 15: The Krath has the right to use communication records from discussions for whatever purpose the records are needed for.
Article 16: The Krath has the right to discretion over it’s power for the sole process of protecting the national security of the Krath.
Article 17: The Krath has the right to freeze financial payments made by the Krath to the suspect in the due process of protecting the national security of the Krath.
Article 18: The Krath has the right to remove, freeze, halt any and all authoritative power that the suspect has in the process of protecting the national security of the Krath.
Section 3 – Commerce
Article 19: All citizens of the Krath are free to trade with anyone.
Article 20: Citizens of the Krath enjoy the benefits of discount prices on all Krath made goods.
Article 21: Slavery is not banned throughout sectors/systems/planets under the control of the Krath.
Article 22: All substances are allowed to be traded within the Krath (Including substances deemed illegal by other governments)
Article 23: Affiliate corporations reserve the right to keep specific products within the nation and not have them open to sale outside of the Krath.
Article 24: Theft against Organizations/Governments that are enemies of Krath is not illegal.
Article 25: Theft against Organizations/Governments that are Allied/Neutral to Krath is illegal.
Section 4 – Crime And Punishment
Article 26: All suspects arrested will be given a fair and proper trial.
Article 27: Death warrants are forbidden unless one of the following conditions are met:
- The suspect escapes custody.
- The suspect is found guilty by a court of law.
- The suspect uses deadly force against law enforcement officers.
- The majority of Ruling Council members, during a vote called by the Emperor, have agreed that the suspect poses a critical threat to national security.
Article 28: For every trial a Krath Tribunal is appointed to judge. A Krath Tribunal consists of at least 3 Ruling Council members
